We are looking for an experienced autonomous QA team leader for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities:

The job includes field work with tight schedule in a several locations all over the country
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments.

Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)- advantage.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).

Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards.

High level of English writing and reading.

Experience working with microservices - major advantage

Experience in the drone or autonomous vehicles field – major advantage

Experience working with mobax - Advantage

Knowledge of Python - Advantage

Experience working within a Linux environment and good system understanding - Advantage

Ability to multitask and work under immense pressure Knowledge and experience in Command and control systems - Advantage

Computer Science graduate or related technology unit graduate - Advantage
