Tool Service Technician

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The purpose of the role is to repair, analyse and test Hilti tools in line with global repair and workflow standards.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? *:

The role involves working and participating in a lean environment, working efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement. The job holder needs to sustain a passion for the customer as a trigger to drive service levels and repair quality.
Scope: Anchor job in the Tool Service Technician structure.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Have a solid understanding of the technical / functional area
Be skilled in applying technical knowledge in a way easily understood (internal and external)
Be committed to continuous learning
Positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement
Basic level of english
Hebrew- Fluent
Advantage - diploma in technical studies
