R&D Engineer in the development team

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and hands-on R&D Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and actively contribute to our medical product development. This role combines technical depth in verification processes with a strong foundation in medical product development within a multidisciplinary environment that includes mechanical, electrical and software systems.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

· Design and conduct experiments to support the research and development of multidisciplinary medical products.

· Support hands-on lab operations, working with integrated multidisciplinary equipment, including mechanics, fluid-flow systems, controllers, electro-mechanics,

and software.

· Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, test protocols, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

· Analyze data and interpret results to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into project planning and execution.

Experience and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in an R&D role within a medical device company-must

· Strong technical capabilities (HW/SW/Mechanics) – must

· Hands-on experience in validation, integration, and testing from prototype to final product - must

· In-depth understanding of R&D processes and medical device development procedures, including regulatory requirements.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling thorough documentation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues.

· Ability to multitask and provide support for multiple projects simultaneously.
