What you’re applying for

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer who is passionate about harnessing technology and generative AI to build a world-class UX for Lemonade’s customers.

You’ll be instrumental in bringing Generative AI-driven features to the finish line while collaborating closely with developers, as well as with the Product, Data, and Machine Learning teams—all with the goal of leveraging the latest technology to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

In this role you’ll

Analyze user stories to identify test cases, ensuring an appropriate mix of manual and automated test coverage

Mentor others and promote effective quality assurance strategies and best practices

Use data to assess quality and identify improvement tasks that should be prioritized

Provide an assessment of delivery readiness and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely release

Help maintain our outstanding customer experience with a diligent eye on UI and UX details

Leverage GPT for writing and analyzing prompts

What you’ll need

3+ years experience as a QA engineer

Hands-on experience running manual tests on multiple platforms for user-facing products

Experience with creating and running automation tests for API, Web, or Mobile (either by writing code or by using of external tools)

Experience with Postman and API requests

Ability to create well-written test plans, define testing strategies, and document knowledge

Superior analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset

Knowledge of LLM and experience with writing prompts for ChatGPT or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work in a hybrid office environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office

Experience with Snowflake - an advantage

Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
