Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.The roleThe Property Manager will support the operational control of health clinic buildings across the north and midlands of the UKYou'll help us make health happen byManage the implementation and monitoring of Property policies and procedures applicable to the sitesProvide a link to the business unit ensuring Property underpins and supports business strategyRoutine management of all Property contracts and auditing of key performance indicators to ensure agreed contract standards are met. Ensure that systems are in place to monitor performance.Regularly review service providers' reports on achievements against targets and agree appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceededCommunicate with the service providers on site to ensure they meet business needsTake responsibility for facilitating successful and productive working relationships between all key stakeholders, such as Clinic Managers and Regional Operational Managers.Manage property related projects, such as small refurbishmentsScope works to ensure quality, value and cost is achievedSupport environmental and health & safety matters on siteKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this roleWIFM Membership or RICSPossess a health & safety qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSHExperience in the management of FM service contractsExperience in stakeholder managementThe post holder will require the ability to work on their own initiative and expected to work through issues and problemsA strong attention to detailBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
