The role

The Property Manager will support the operational control of health clinic buildings across the north and midlands of the UK

You'll help us make health happen by

Manage the implementation and monitoring of Property policies and procedures applicable to the sites
Provide a link to the business unit ensuring Property underpins and supports business strategy
Routine management of all Property contracts and auditing of key performance indicators to ensure agreed contract standards are met. Ensure that systems are in place to monitor performance.
Regularly review service providers' reports on achievements against targets and agree appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Communicate with the service providers on site to ensure they meet business needs
Take responsibility for facilitating successful and productive working relationships between all key stakeholders, such as Clinic Managers and Regional Operational Managers.
Manage property related projects, such as small refurbishments
Scope works to ensure quality, value and cost is achieved
Support environmental and health & safety matters on site

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

WIFM Membership or RICS
Possess a health & safety qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH
Experience in the management of FM service contracts
Experience in stakeholder management
The post holder will require the ability to work on their own initiative and expected to work through issues and problems
A strong attention to detail
