NVIDIA is spearheading the AI revolution and the creation of state-of-the-art accelerated compute platforms for global utilization. Our Competitive Analysis Group is seeking a skilled and driven manager to lead research on competitor network devices regarding their performance and power efficiency. In this managerial role, you will oversee a small team dedicated to exploring and analyzing these devices. You will also play a critical role in keeping the organization updated on the latest developments in networking devices of competitors while leveraging findings to drive improvements in our own network products. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to effectively communicate and utilize insights.

What you'll be doing:

Research and analyze other companies' network devices to benchmark performance and power consumption.
Manage a small team responsible for exploring competitor devices and gathering detailed insights.
Monitor and report on developments in networking devices within the industry, ensuring timely dissemination of information across the organization.
Utilize research findings to identify areas for improvement in our network products and initiatives.
Coordinate with the marketing team to strategize on the effective use of competitive insights in promotional activities and product positioning.

What we need to see:

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
7+ years of overall relevant practical experience, with a strong background in networking products.
3+ years of team leadership or management experience.
Proficiency in competitive analysis and insights generation.
Experience in chip design specifically related to networking products.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and practices in technology sectors.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
