Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI engineer to join our team. You will take a *key position in the company* and in developing our amazing product, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of our products.

This is a unique opportunity to play an essential role in *building an AI-first platform from scratch*, within a dynamic early-stage startup environment. You will also have the chance to work directly and closely with the founding team.

*What you'll do*
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into products.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to improve model accuracy and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our projects.
- Conduct end-to-end experiments and prototype testing to validate hypotheses and improve systems.
- Document and present model development, results, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage project infrastructure and the development of AI models and projects

*Required Qualifications*:
- Significant experience in research and development of NLP and LLM models.
- Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning machine learning (ML) and NLP models.
- Experience setting up data pipelines and building datasets from scratch.
- Strong experience with Python and popular machine learning frameworks, including OpenAI.
- Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms, and hands-on use of popular AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly with SaaS B2B products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently as the sole technical function in a company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
