About the role:

About the Role

We are looking for a bookkeeper who has a good understanding of accounting, pays attention to detail, and has a desire to learn and collaborate effectively within our financial team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overseeing foreign and local vendors' payment processes
Supplier reconciliation
Invoices to customers
Balance sheet account reconciliation and working papers
Ongoing reconciliation, including closing entries, cut-off accounts, and intercompany debits and credits
Overseeing travel and expense reports
Preparation of reports for the company’s external auditors
Experience with multiple foreign currency books
Assist in monthly closing routines
Maintain Fixed assets records

Requirements:

Certified bookkeeper, type 2 — must
2 years of experience in similar positions — advantage
Excel—must
Priority ERP — advantage
High level of English — must
Great teamwork abilities, a hands-on approach, and being detail-oriented are a must
