Unclaimed Cargo Coordinator

We are looking for an Unclaimed Cargo coordinator that will handle the following:

Reducing the number of unclaimed cargo in the respecting region and the period the unclaimed cargo is idle at port of destination, identifying potential cargo that may become unclaimed, Construction of working procedures and training the relevant agents in the region. Reducing company expenses resulting from cargo which is unclaimed.

Major areas of responsibility

Reducing the amount of unclaimed cargo
Monitoring of agent activity, Using system’s computer data. Collecting information, Concentrated attention and efforts to severe cases
Production reports and analysis of data and trends.
Risk managements& loss prevention
Initiate proactive and loss prevention actions, identifying symptoms/phenomenon global and local focusing on the sources of problems, actions against liable parties, selling and destruction of unclaimed cargo .
Formulation of policies and procedures
Implementation of policies and procedures. Effective control over agents' activity, Initiate guidance

Requirements:

Academic degree
Experience in shipping- an advantage
High proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
High level of negotiations skills- an advantage
