Platform Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in building large-scale cloud-native solutions, to take a central role in the design and delivery of our next-generation developer platform. In the role, you will lead the design and delivery of critical platform capabilities, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Your work will significantly enhance developer productivity and experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of our core developer platform, focusing on usability, reliability, and scalability.
Own and drive strategic initiatives.
Partner closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor team members on engineering best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Professional experience in software engineering.
Professional experience developing backend (server-side) applications.
Strong proficiency in Node.js , Java or Go.
Proven expertise in cloud-native development, particularly with Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of security best practices in application development, including authentication, authorization, credential management, encryption, and certificate management.
Hands-on experience implementing scalable developer-focused platforms.
Knowledge of modern software architectures, CI/CD methodologies, and Agile development practices.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB (Desirable)
Experience as tech lead (Desirable)
