What to Expect

Tesla is looking for a Paint Sprayer to work on one of the most progressive, innovative high end vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve being part of a refinishing team that deliver outstanding repairs in turn delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Operate all sheet metal and painting tools and equipment safely and correctly while performing routine cleaning and maintenance
Cover and protect undamaged vehicle body parts during proper use
Mix paint to specifications to achieve the right color match
Produce test panels when industry acceptable color matching is required
Use aerosol spray or a paint brush to properly touch up the paint surface
Check the paint job to ensure there are no scratches, dents or unpainted areas
Complete comprehensive understanding of full refinishing processes within the Bodyshop business
What You’ll Bring
Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications Microsoft Word
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
The ability to deliver the highest quality standard of repair every time
A good understanding of tools & equipment used for all refinishing processes and ability to restore damaged paint to original factory standards
Have 5 or more years of experience as a spray painting technician
Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a Bodyshop environment or a certificate as car painter. Prior painting experience with Tesla vehicles will be considered a plus
A valid driving license
