HR Specialist - Maternity Leave

As an HR Specialist at Balance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, manage and maintain HR Information Systems and other HR administration related tasks. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proven expertise in sourcing, along with familiarity with the use of recruiting databases and social media platforms (eg, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Hands-on experience with HRIS - HiBob is a plus.
Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills across diverse interfaces.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
Initiative-driven, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
The role is temporarily filled during maternity leave, with a genuine opportunity for continued employment for the long run.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process across all departments, including, screening, sourcing, conducting interviews, and delivering a meaningful and engaging candidate experience.
Partner with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and plan and execute recruiting strategies accordingly.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talents.
Overseeing global employee records, creating automated workflows to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, and more.
Implement effective data-driven hiring processes using Comeet as the Applicant Tracking System and diverse metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
