Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and provide regular reporting.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including ad copies, landing pages, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics. A/B test different strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign design and execution.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Proven experience with Hubspot.
Experience working in digital health or medical devices.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
