Mechanical Engineer – NPI - Israel

Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days.

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our collaborative and growing engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities
Optimizing the manufacturing line for mass production, including mechanical design of new machines and jigs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
Conducting failure investigations and implementing process improvements using various engineering methods (e.g., mechanical design, sheet metal, programmed controllers, etc.).
Performing validations and developing detailed work instructions to support production and quality assurance processes.

Requirements
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering – Must.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design (SolidWorks) and working with subcontractors – Must.
At least 2 years of experience with medical device companies – Must.
Experience in seeing products through development to production.
Team player, independent, and proactive attitude.
Strong hands-on attitude, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and creativity.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
