Bookkeeper

We are a Certified Public Accounting firm with several locations across the USA. We are now expanding our team in *Jerusalem's vibrant Machne Yehuda neighborhood.* We're seeking several bookkeepers to join our team. Must be a dynamic individual who is fluent in English, detail-oriented, and has experience working with Quickbooks.

*Position:* Bookkeeper

*Location:* Jerusalem (Machne Yehuda neighborhood)

*Responsibilities:*
* Import transactions from the bank into Quickbooks
* Use the Quickbooks register to record transactions
* Reconcile bank accounts
* Prepare financials on behalf of clients
* Collaborate with our team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our services.

*Requirements:*
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must-have.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
* Spanish/Hebrew Speaking a plus but not required! (English speaking is required)
