Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Nagish, you will take on a lead role in shaping the design vision, owning the design process from ideation to execution, with a strong emphasis on creating mobile-first, user-centered experiences. You’ll play a critical role in designing seamless, accessible communication solutions across our platforms.

On a day to day, you will:

Work directly with the CEO, CTO, engineering and product teams to drive product adoption and growth through mindful product decisions and delightful designs.
Lead a complex product with full accountability for the design process, driving innovations and ensuring top-tier execution across all platforms.
Establish, refine, and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards that are optimized for our users on mobile and web.
Develop original, user-friendly design solutions that simplify complexity and elevate the user experience.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows for both web and mobile interfaces, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
Present and defend design strategies and key deliverables to executive stakeholders, while influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
Leverage data, mobile analytics, and user research to iterate and refine designs, enhancing both mobile and web user satisfaction while meeting business objectives



Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience leading end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a fast-paced product company, with a strong focus on mobile apps.
A portfolio that demonstrates advanced UI design skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and polished, visually compelling work, particularly in mobile interfaces.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows for complex systems.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
A strategic mindset—a deep awareness of product strategy and vision.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and deliver innovative design solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX patterns, and product design technologies.
