What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on cloud cost optimization.
Lead Kubernetes (K8s) cluster architecture, deployment, and operations in production, including service mesh and security best practices.
Champion and implement GitOps methodologies (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD) for automated and reliable CI/CD processes.
Develop and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily Terraform.
Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Product teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Cloud Engineer in production environments.
In-depth AWS cloud services experience.
Strong, hands-on Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm expertise.
Demonstrable experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
Proven track record in cloud cost optimization.
Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
Experience with monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Deep understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage.

Advantages:

Experience with serverless architectures or DevSecOps.
Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems or Big Data platforms.
Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, CKA).
Startup environment experience.
