Instructional Designer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and fellow designers to create engaging and effective e-learning content for students preparing for careers in cybersecurity. What You’ll Do

Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging cybersecurity e-learning experiences.
Develop and review curricula, ensuring content is accurate, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.
Design and build learning units, multimedia assets, and interactive activities using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite, and H5P.
Adapt and enhance existing learning materials to meet evolving needs.
Ensure learning solutions meet instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and quality benchmarks.
Work as part of a collaborative team of instructional designers and cybersecurity professionals.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience designing digital learning experiences, preferably in a technical field.
A relevant degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Articulate Suite (Rise, Storyline).
Exceptional English skills – both written and verbal.
Knowledge of AI tools and how they can support instructional design and content creation.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Nice to Have

Experience in cybersecurity education or technical training.
Experience using H5P for interactive content creation.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMSs) and SCORM standards.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA).
