We are looking for a motivated and curious Entry-Level Python Developer In the second year of study or in the magshimim program, to join our Red Team. In this role, you will support cyber security operations by developing internal tools, automation frameworks, and AI agents while working closely with Red Team operators. This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 40% (2 days a week). This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your development skills in a high-impact cyber security environment while learning from experienced cybersecurity professionals.

What Will you Do?

Develop cyber security tools and automation solutions to support Red Team activities, including the creation and integration of AI agents and related technologies.

Work closely with Red Team operators and other cyber security teams to understand operational needs and build custom tools that enhance efficiency, coverage, and capabilities.

Participate in team discussions, tool design reviews, and collaborative problem solving to continuously improve the team's technical effectiveness.

What you Bring Along

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, while taking ownership of individual tasks and ensuring they are completed to a high standard.

Passion for programming, and a strong willingness to develop and improve technical skills in areas such as automation and AI.

Self-motivated and proactive, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, ask the right questions, and contribute creative, practical solutions in a collaborative technical environment.
