Description

Bright Data, the industry leader in the web data domain, is looking for students for a part-time Technical support Representative position.

The position is part-time, in shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.

Location: Poleg, Netanya

Responsibilities

Providing Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support
Independently understanding and solving technical problems using internal documentation
Clarifying problem solutions to customers and providing them with the best workflows
Interacting with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when required

Requirements

Computer Science / SW Eng. students with a strong technical background
Customer oriented (direct communication with global customers)
Organized with fast learning skills
Super responsible and quick delivery mentality
Fully proficient in English
Willingness to work at least 3 shifts a week, including nights and weekends

***Technical customer support experience is a big advantage***
