Senior Software Engineer

Our Loyalsys team is developing an intelligent customer loyalty solution integrated with the Emarsys platforms. Our state-of-the-art solution enhances brand loyalty experience through 1:1 personalization and maximizes the customer's retention and lifetime value for our clients who serve millions of customers globally.

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect/Developer to join our lean, highly innovative Loyalsys team and truly shape the future of Brand Loyalty within SAP Customer Experience suit.

You are a great fit, if cutting-edge technologies excite you (Go based product), you are eager to learn and take ownership within a small, agile team with a global reach, and you can play a crucial role in designing and developing complex and scalable CX SaaS solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years of experience in software architecture and development with Go, C or C++
In-depth understanding of and experience with designing and developing Microservices architecture - gRCP protocol is a plus
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (Memcached and persistent DBs) preferred
Previous experience with GCP (Kubernetes, PubSub, BQ) or AWS
Experience with building solutions with real-time and background processing
Understanding of CI/CD practices

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Partake in architecture and development of innovative features for Loyalsys solution
Collaborate closely with Emarsys and SAP teams on integration projects within SAP CX Suit
Work with the Product Manager to determine product requirements and develop and implement solutions
Be a thought leader in your expertise, incl. developing younger colleagues
Produce clean, readable and maintainable code
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
