We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation to plan & build our test suit.

Your Impact and Mission

You will act as a single QA professional within MANIFESTO’s R&D team:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and related frameworks, according to the sprint planning (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).

Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and product specifications.

Collaborate with the developers to implement automated testing solutions, best practices, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality and performance.

Identify and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.

Utilize strong SQL skills to perform data validation, write complex queries, and verify database integrity.

Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and technical stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, risk-based environment.

Your Experience and Skills

5+ years of QA Automation experience in a high-performance and fast-paced team environment.

Experience designing and implementing test automation code using Java.

Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries and perform data validations.

Proficiency in automation testing methodologies, with a solid understanding of Automation best practices & processes.

Strong business orientation & analytical skills, ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement,

and create detailed test plans from business requirements.

Highly independent, able to act with considerable autonomy, multitask, handle conflicting priorities, and manage time efficiently.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, and desire to continually learn.

Agile mindset, fast to adapt to change.

Meticulous attention to detail. In this role, criticism is a huge advantage ;)

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 fixed days from the office, and 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
