Our finance team is growing and we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible bookkeeper to join us!

Requirements:

3-6 Years of exp in Bookkeeping
Experience in Netsuit -Strong advantage.
High-level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Attention to details
Team player with proactive approach
Excellent organization skills, ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

Recording and processing supplier and customer invoices.
Preparing payment to all suppliers.
Posting journal entries for accrual expenses and deferred revenues .
Posting intercompany JE transactions.
Taking care of all employees expenses.
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Analyzing expenses, and preparing closing reports for controller’s team
Supporting our bokkeeping team with any tasks or assignments as required.
