What You'll Bring:
Role description
This position will report into the Strategy and Planning Director and the Chief of Staff, to focus primarily on supporting the MD and CEO of the organization across various strategic, operational, organizational and administrative matters
Key responsibilities are listed below, but can vary with the changing landscape
Strategic projects & other important tasks
PMO: Works closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to keep track of various strategic projects delivery, regularly updates the Chief of Staff on the progress, proactively works with the PMO to remove roadblocks, escalate at the right time to iron out issues.
Strategy: Works with the Strategy and Planning (S&P) Team in aligning new initiatives “on the ground” with overall India business strategy narrative. Support the CEO with presentations, talking notes and any other collaterals required for external and internal engagements
Project closures: Coordinates with the PMO & various departments to ensure timely closure of projects / tasks initiated from the CEO’s office
Tracking KPIs: Tracks Key Performance Indicators and metrics across departments, proactively highlighting / escalating key issues early on, so that these can be prioritized / tabled / discussed on time
Coordination: Develop and maintain excellent relations with the senior members of the management team, in order to maintain an appropriate flow of information and to facilitate faster / effective decisions by the CEO
Ongoing support to CEO: Work with the CEO and the management team on setting up annual goals and tracking progress; track progress on key actionables from Board and global teams
Internal and external meetings and events
Review meetings: Setting meeting cadence for all internal meetings, pulling in the right participants, preparing minutes of meetings, ensuring closure of the actionables and provides regular updates
External relations: Proactively working towards strengthening connects with other CEO offices, sets a cadence on periodicity of the meetings with relevant agenda
Internal coordination and preparation: Prepares / collates decks for a range of meetings – internal or external , operating to the highest standards of confidentially, discretion and diplomacy
Working with Central teams: Be on point to ensure all communication with the Central teams are actioned on. Set-up briefings with relevant teams for any critical meetings of the CEO with key stakeholders
Adherence to timelines: Keeps the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, both ways – CEO & other stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
Communication: Design & support CEOs’ internal & external communication, including townhalls. Works closely with the PR & Communication team to design communication / mailers going from the CEO, including speeches, acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence etc.
Townhalls and office events: Works with the right stakeholders in planning, designing and executing the townhalls and any other relevant events
Experience and Skills
MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (full time) from a premier institute
5-9 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment with the best quality of output. High potential candidates with demonstrated excellence but less work experience can also be considered. Previous / current experience as EA or Business Manager to CEO or C-Suite will be helpful.
Experience in working closely with C-suite level while also influencing across multiple levels and functions of an organization.
Executive presence and assertiveness.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
Good data analysis and presentation skills; excel and power point.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
