We are looking for an exceptional Operations Engineer to join our growing Operations team in the US. You will be responsible for providing Operations support to the manufacturing process, troubleshooting hardware issues, and delivering high-quality service to enhance overall customer satisfaction. In addition, you will work closely with different suppliers to ensure a seamless manufacturing process for both customers and internal projects. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for any operational work in the USA.
Work closely with printing suppliers and others to ensure smooth manufacturing of our state-of-the-art sensors.
Maintain accurate records of hardware and materials inventory and service activities.
Support the Sales team with implementation and configuration of Evigence full solutions.
Collaborate on quality control measures and ensure the timely delivery of components for customer orders and internal projects.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and R&D to provide feedback on hardware performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience as a Hardware Service Engineer or similar role.
BSc. industrial engineering and management \ Hardware engineering or any other relevant field.
Experience working in the Printing Industry- advantage.
High service awareness/oriented .
Ability to understand operations, processes & equipment. (Working experience in print production floor is a plus).
Hands -on experience in technical support to customers, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, high level of spoken and written English. Spanish an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM software and operation software is a plus.
The role requires travel, approx. 20% of the time.
