Financial Systems Team Lead (Netsuite)

We’re looking for a rockstar Netsuite Team Lead to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level. As a Netsuite Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for our Netsuite and the entire financial systems tech stack. You’ll be managing a Netsuite implementer and responsible to lead the team to excellence in implementing and integrating the Netsuite financial module and will learn our large application portfolio; NetSuite, Concur, Avalara, Mesh and other market leading SaaS solutions.

What will you actually be doing?
Managing the Netsuite team
Hands on development of automations, reports, validations, integrations to support the Finance department’s needs
Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews of all Financial systems at WalkMe
Be the Financial lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
Support end-users on day to day use of Netsuite and financial applications
Work with additional teams in the Information System and BI departments to create alignment and streamline processes across systems and cross organization
What should you bring to the table?
3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite financial applications
Suitescript knowledge - advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field. CPA
Prior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically revenue side
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Organized, thorough and diligent with acute attention to detail
Strong English communication skills
