We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to lead our CTO Infrastructure Application Data Team. This team is at the heart of Migdal’s technological evolution, developing and maintaining cutting-edge software infrastructure services such as master data management(MDM). As a Team Leader, you will combine technical leadership with people management, dedicating part of your time to hands-on development and the other part to mentoring and managing your team. You will spearhead innovative projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver next-generation infrastructure solutions that leverage cloud computing and Generative AI. You will contribute to building scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that empower organizational growth and agility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java development, a passion for modern cloud-based technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you are an experienced developer with leadership qualities, a deep understanding of modern cloud technologies, and a desire to empower a team while remaining technically engaged, we want to hear from you! Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams (2+ years in a leadership role). 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale systems with Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot. Expertise in AWS cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS. Proficiency in backend technologies with SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate), and API integration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and DevOps best practices. Experience with at least one additional programming language such as Python, NodeJS, or JavaScript is a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Engineering leadership abilities, including presenting technical concepts, guiding architectural discussions, and driving alignment across teams.
