You will lead a mission-driven team focused on identifying threats, analyzing trends, and delivering both tactical and in-depth reports.Key Responsibilities:Managing the analysis team’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality deliverablesReviewing and approving both tactical and analytical reportsLeading the team with creativity and critical thinking, addressing challenges as they ariseMentoring and supporting team members, facilitating their professional growthServing as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaborationMonitoring trends and patterns in anti-Semitism, staying ahead of emerging threats and tacticsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in intelligence roles, with a focus on research, OSINT/WEBINT- a mustProven experience in team leadership and people management- a mustFluency in spoken and written Hebrew at the highest level - a mustHigh proficiency in spoken and written English - a mustAbility to handle sensitive and challenging content with resilience - a mustA proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication skills, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvementExperience in the field of anti-Semitism or related areas - a significant advantageAvailability to work from Jerusalem three days a week
