IT Administrator

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate IT Administrator. The perfect candidate will excel in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving, offering innovative solutions to both new and existing problems.

Responsibilities include orienting new employees, managing system access, and addressing user issues.

What will you do?

* Maintain and support end-user environments and devices.

* Facilitate the onboarding & offboarding processes by preparing and deploying systems, and providing IT orientation for new hires.

* Ensure prompt problem resolution and serve as an escalation point for the team.

* Contribute to IT projects and outcomes.

* Manage system access, user accounts, passwords, and ensure data integrity and security.

* Manage office inventory, maintain and update documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and support resources.

* Engage with various teams on initiatives, problem-solving, and day-to-day tasks.

What will you bring to the table?

* At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting MacOS, Windows and Linux environments, including server management and maintenance.

* Proficient in communication networks, including knowledge of protocols, firewalls, and routers.

* Effective communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

* Experience with JumpCloud - Advantage

* Experience with Google Workspace

* Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Advantage

* Understanding of Docker - Advantage

* Proficiency in bash/python scripting - Advantage

* Experience with CrowdStrike - Advantage
