ביצוע תוכנית אחזקה מונעת שנתית וחצי שנתית לכלל מערכות המיזוג באתר.טיפול תקופתי
ביחידות קצה (יט"אות,מפוחים,ציוד קירור ו
פאן קוילים
תחזוקה שוטפת של מערכות מרכזיות (צ’ילרים, מגדלי קירור, משאבות)
איתור ותיקון תקלות מורכבות במערכות פיקוד ובקרה
ליווי קבלני חוץ בביצוע עבודות תשתית ושדרוג מערכות
תיעוד ומעקב אחר ביצוע הטיפולים במערכת ניהול האחזקה

דרישות:

ניסיון מוכח של 3 שנים לפחות כטכנאי מיזוג אוויר במבני תעשייה/משרדים/מוסדות – חובה
תעודת טכנאי/ קירור ומיזוג אוויר – חובה
רשיון קררים חדשים יתרון
חשמלאי שירות קירור ומיזוג אוויר) חובה'
ידע במערכות וצ’ילרים
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות בקרת מבנה
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר, ניקיון בעבודה ודיווח מפורט
תודעת שירות גבוהה (עבודה בסביבת עובדי האתר ולקוחות)
