Job Summary

משרת מהנדס/ת אנליזה DFM נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס/ת מערכת עובד/ת ישירות מול מספר לקוחות- חברות הייטק המובילות במשק.

המהנדס יהיה אחראי על ביצוע אנליזות טכניות ושיפור תהליכי הייצור, תוך שימת דגש על עקרונות תכנון לייצור המוני.

תחומי אחריות:

ביצוע אנליזות טכניות של מוצרים קיימים וחדשים.
עבודה צמודה עם צוותי ההנדסה והייצור כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים מתוכננים בצורה אופטימלית לייצור.
זיהוי בעיות פוטנציאליות בתהליכי הייצור והמלצה על פתרונות.
הכנת דוחות טכניים והצגת ממצאים ללקוחות.
פיתוח והמלצה על שיפורים בתהליכי הייצור כדי להבטיח יעילות ואיכות.

דרישות:

יכולת אנליטית גבוהה: המועמד צריך להיות מסוגל לנתח נתונים מורכבים ולהסיק מסקנות משמעותיות.
תשומת לב לפרטים: חשוב שהמועמד יהיה מדויק ויסודי בעבודתו, כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים יעמדו בסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר.
יכולות תקשורת: המועמד צריך להיות מסוגל להעביר רעיונות וממצאים בצורה ברורה ומובנת, הן בכתב והן בעל פה.
