Learning Delivery student

Job Description

As part of the European Learning Team, you will assist in supporting our delivery of our world-class solutions for Intel Leaders and Employees - both virtually and in-person. Within the role, you will own onsite coordination of trainings in Haifa, Petah Tikka and Jerusalem. You would also be responsible for regional topics like: forecasting, production of virtual trainings, working with local and global HR and Learning representatives.

*Location: Haifa/Petach Tikva (hybrid work).

*Traveling to other campuses may be required upon business needs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

BSc student in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or a related field.

Practical experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources- advantage

Additional skills include:

Ability to work 4 days a week

Organization and planning skills

Customer and service orientation

Ability to work in a global virtual environment

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Attention to details

Experience in MS Office (Excel in specific) and SharePoint

Fluent in English

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
