We’re looking for a talented and motivated PowerApps/Power BI developer to join Systems & Applications team under business unit Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Operations & Excellence!

This position is located in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

Assessing, designing, developing and implementing custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps to improve processes and enhance productivity across cross-functional teams. Your expertise in creating user friendly, efficient applications will support the team’s goals and objectives while delivering exceptional solutions that meet the needs of the business
Supporting system maintenance release activities for our Global Medical systems (Veeva MedInquiry, Veeva TGEC, Veeva PromoMats and Pubstrat MAX)
Support Digital transformation initiatives in alignment with Medical Affairs objectives
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing current workflows and processes and gathering requirements
Evaluate using bot automation to streamline compliance critical processes in systems and enhance audit readiness to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assess, design, develop and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to automate processes and improve efficiency
Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services – Power Automate, SharePoint, etc. to create seamless workflows
Ensure data security and integrity while managing integrations with internal/ external systems
Conduct quality assurance and testing of Power BI reports to validate data accuracy and reliability
Design and execute UAT scripts to capture feedback and drive essential improvements
Support Business Owners with system maintenance releases
Collaborate with BO, TO and Global BA on release notes and define items for testing· Development and execution of UAT scripts, testing and validation (GXP and non GXP systems)
Collect requirements from stakeholders with the support of BO/Global BA to ensure system release aligns with business needs

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - MUST
Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform components - MUST
Proficient in using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint - MUST
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in project management, organization and tools - MUST
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - MUST
Company/industry Related Knowledge: Pharmaceutical experience including understanding of Medical Affairs - MUST
Robust skills in problem identification and resolution with a proven ability to utilize technology and process solutions to address business-related challenges or opportunities
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Strong technical skills
Experience in supporting and overseeing technology systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience with UAT script writing and execution
