IDO/Launchpad Project Manager at Magic Square

Magic Square, backed by Binance Labs, is leading the Web3 space with its innovative App Store. As we prepare to release our Launchpad to introduce groundbreaking projects in Web3, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to lead this exciting initiative.

Tasks

The IDO/Launchpad Project Manager will oversee the onboarding of new projects onto our Launchpad, from the initial agreement to the launch phase. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly coordinate between various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project launches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for projects from the signing stage to the token launch.
* Serve as the main liaison between project teams and internal departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and Technology.
* Create, maintain, and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure timely execution of all onboarding activities.
* Foster clear and effective communication among all stakeholders to align with project goals and timelines.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges that could impact the onboarding process.
* Regularly track and report on project progress, including key metrics and performance indicators.
* Continually refine and improve the onboarding process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Location: Remote or based in Cyprus, with the requirement to work within Europe / Middle East time zones.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the Web3 Launchpad sector.
* Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the cryptocurrency landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders successfully.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams and cultures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficient in using project management tools and software.
