Mergers & Acquisition Analyst Enlight Renewable Energy Associate Full-time

Responsibilities
Leading strategic transactions together with the Director M&A and Corporate Finance, including buy-side and sell-side transactions
Identifying, sourcing and analyzing new opportunities
Assessing and forming new strategic ventures which add significant capabilities to the group
Executing due diligence, commercial negotiation and transaction documentation
Continuously improving M&A analysis, presentations, financial models, deal processes and procedures
Leading post merger integration process

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Administration/Law or similar from a reputable University – a must
3-5 years of hands-on M&A experience - a must
Prior experience in M&A (investment banks/Big 4 /local advisors) or M&A role in a corporate – a must
High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – a must
Strong financial skills in corporate finance, valuation and/or financial modelling
Top performer, self starter who can work independently
