Salesforce Administrator

Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join us!

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will have a critical role in driving data-driven decisions all across the business at Dun & Bradstreet.

What You'll Do

Support users on the day to day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting
Manage user profiles and permissions in compliance with the company security policy
Design and implementation of business processes based on Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ
Manage complex testing activities and implementation risks
Configuration of Salesforce customization abilities – custom objects and fields, flows, approval process, duplication rules, etc.
Building reports and dashboards per demand

What You Need:

2 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
Data management understanding and abilities
Strong understanding of the best practices of Sales & Service processes
SQL knowledge
Fluent in English – Spoken & Written - Advantage
Deep technical understanding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
