PMO LOB

DRS RADA, a defense high-tech company specializing in Radar Systems development, is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join the company’s lines of business (LOB).

The LOB PMO will report to the LOB Manager, and work alongside Program Managers and Technical Managers to ensure successful program execution.

The LOB PMO will be responsible for:

1.Building and maintaining schedule for multiple projects, including development activities, subcontractors, procurement and production.

2.Generating information from the schedule to support program-level decision making, to include critical paths, risks, opportunities and more.

3. Coordination between various projects activities and teams, supporting program execution tasks.

4. Facilitating projects’ Risk Management activities, including tools specification, development and implementation.

5. Managing and controlling projects’ budget – hours reporting & analysis, actual vs plan analysis, purchase orders handling, milestone approvals etc.

6. Specification and development of project management tools and BI for schedule, budget, production and customers.

7. Supporting the day to day management of the LOB.

Requirements:

The LOB PMO will have:

1. Relevant Engineering degree

2. At least 3 years of experience as a PMO, working on complex development programs in the defense industry

3. Experience building and managing schedules for complex development programs – MS Project experience is a must

4. Methodologic and process-oriented attitude

5. Capability to assertively and efficiently motivate and coordinate a matrix-based organization with great interpersonal skills

6. Capability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

7. Experience working with Jira, Priority, PLM and Smartsheet – an advantage
