We are seeking an experienced *Gaming Studio Director* to lead game development operations, manage teams, and oversee the delivery of high-quality gaming projects. This role will drive strategy, ensure efficient production, and align studio output with business goals.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage game development teams and studio operations
* Oversee game production from concept to release
* Define development strategies, timelines, and resources
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams
* Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven experience in game development or studio leadership roles
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
