we are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience, who has managed end-to-end QA processes directly with clients. This role requires experience in leading testing projects independently, including writing test documentation, managing bugs, and interacting with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes, for a super exciting and challenging position for our teams in the technology industry!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rishon LeZion

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

Develop and enhance automated test frameworks using **Testim.io** as the primary tool, with the flexibility to apply other tools like **Selenium**, **Cypress**, or **TestCafe** as needed.

Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and other QA documentation.

Take ownership of bug management, working directly with the client and development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into **CI/CD pipelines** and ensure product quality.

Spend over 60% of your time conducting manual testing to validate key product features before release

Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience in QA engineering, including independent management of testing processes with clients.

Strong proficiency in automation tools like **Testim.io**, with additional experience in **Selenium**, **Cypress**, or **TestCafe** preferred.

Experience in writing test documentation, managing defects, and ensuring quality through direct client interaction.

Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python**, **Java**, or **JavaScript**.

Familiarity with test management tools like **Jira**, and experience with **CI/CD pipelines**.e.
