Project Manager –Defense

Position Overview:

Full project ownership from initiation through delivery — including R&D coordination, supply chain management,

manufacturing, and customer delivery.

Direct management of customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Preparation of project documentation and oversight of planning, development, and implementation processes.

Active participation in technical meetings and setting development directions as needed.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
A master’s degree in business administration or systems engineering is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and leading complex technological projects.
Proven experience working with defense customers — must.
Experience with RF systems; experience in electronic warfare (EW) an advantage.
Experience managing customers both in Israel and internationally.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel abroad as required.
Graduate of a technological or intelligence military unit — a significant advantage.
