We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecosystem Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our 3rd party vendors' partnerships in the cellular and fixed wireless access networks domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commercial acumen, a strong technical foundation, and a proven track record of forging impactful collaborations within the telecommunications ecosystem. This role is instrumental in driving execution of Ceragon's strategy, enhancing market positioning, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through strategic and global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners within the cellular and fixed wireless access networks ecosystem, including technology vendors, service providers, and industry associations.
Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
Commercial Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and revenue goals.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Technical Collaboration:
Leverage a strong technical background to understand and help expand Ceragon ecosystem with technologies through partnerships to meet customer’s needs.
Collaborate with Sales and Solution architects’ group to align ecosystem partnerships with customer needs and market demands.
4. Projects deployments:
Oversee the implementation and management of joint initiatives with partners, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve partnership goals and resolve any deployment challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the telecommunications or wireless networking industry.
Proven track record of managing complex commercial relationships and driving significant business outcomes.
Good understanding of cellular networks (e.g., LTE, 5G), fixed wireless access technologies, networking and IOT devices/sensors technologies.
Familiarity with relevant standards, protocols, and infrastructure/networking components.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-learner, ability to manage tsks independently from A to Z
Ability to understand technical concepts and requirements and translate them into agreements with ecosystem partners.
Excellent English level.
