What will you do?
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will own how Panaya is positioned and brought to market through partners. Your mandate is to make system integrators and service partners successful bringing Panaya to market, through clear positioning, strong enablement, and effective field execution.
You will operate at the intersection of Partner GTM and Sales, Product, Marketing, and Field Enablement, translating Panaya’s platform value into partner-focused narratives, sales plays, and real customer conversations.
This is a full-time position, hybrid, with offices based in Hod Hasharon, Israel.
Responsibilities:
Own how Panaya is positioned and brought to market for and through partners and define partner-specific positioning and messaging, aligned to Panaya’s core narrative and strategy
Initiate and drive partner GTM motions, including co-marketing plays with SIs, GSIs, and service partners, in close partnership with Alliances, Sales, and Field teams
Translate Panaya’s platform value into partner-ready stories, use cases, videos, and enablement assets that partners can confidently use with customers
Manage multiple partners and initiatives in parallel, prioritizing efforts based on GTM impact, field needs, and partner maturity
Drive partner-facing field execution, including joint events, customer workshops, and sales / partner enablement sessions
Required Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with 3+ years ownership of indirect / partner-led GTM motions (preferably with a background in IT, ERP, testing working with SIs, GSIs, and service partners)
Strong product marketing fundamentals, adapted for indirect and co-selling motions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
