Application Engineer – Control Design and Automation (CDA)

Work face-to-face with customers, understand their technical and business challenges, and enable them to innovate and build solutions with MathWorks products.
The key to your success is your ability to build trusted relationships, internally as well as with our customers.
Responsibilities
Support the local sales team by analysing customers requirements, guiding product evaluations, creating proof of concepts, and building successful technical sales strategies
Conduct product presentations for individual customers, at public seminars, or via web.
Develop demonstration programs and application examples that illustrate how the capabilities of MathWorks software fit to our customers needs
Assist customers in development projects
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Experience with one or more of the following: Control Design, Production Code Generation, Embedded Systems, Digital Twins, Virtual Prototyping, Verification and Validation, Physical Modelling.
Experience with system simulation or applied knowledge of Simulink and Stateflow is a plus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
High motivation for working directly with customers.
