קוד משרה: JB-70079887 מיקום גיאוגרפי: שרון עיר: נתניהתיאור המשרהWe are seeking for a highly skilled, motivated Subcontracting Program Manager to be responsible and manage a successful execution of large-scale subcontracted content projectsResponsibilities:Subcontractor Execution Management: responsible for subcontractors deliverablesMonitor subcontractor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during executionSubcontractors’ Project Planning and Coordination: Verification of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate internal teams and departments, and other subcontractors to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of project goals Quality Control: Control and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectationsConduct regular inspections and evaluations to monitor the quality of subcontracted workCost and Budget Management: Monitor costs and expenditures to ensure subcontractors’ scope is delivered within budgetReview and approve subcontractor invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreementsRisk Management: Identify subcontractors’ potential risks and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions Proactively address issues, conflicts, and delays to maintain project momentum and ensure timely completionReporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal teams and departments Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and communication logsRelationship Management: Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and internal project teams to promote effective collaboration and communication Serve as the primary point of contact for major subcontractors within the project and resolve any issues or concerns promptlyדרישות המשרהBachelor's degree in engineering / management / logistics / economics or a related fieldRelevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are desirableMinimum of 3 years of experience in large scale project management, specifically overseeing subcontracted projects in a defense industryDemonstrated experience in managing subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolutionProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reportingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesProfessional English verbal and writing skillsAdditional languages knowledge is an advantage (Russian- significant advantageFamiliarity with the supplier market in Israel and abroad in the defense sector and the ability to locate new suppliers- advantage
