Analytics Team Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Analytics Team Lead to join us. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of data analysts, assign tasks, and collaborate closely with our data science team by providing analytics support and expertise. You will be responsible for analyzing complex models, ensuring high-scale performance, and translating the team’s insights into impactful business strategies.

Requirements:

Up to 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven hands-on experience using visualization tools like Looker Studio or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-scale, high-performance environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management, translating complex analytics insights into business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to conduct in-depth research, providing actionable recommendations that support the team's work and contribute to key decision-making processes in model development.
Perform hands-on analytics work, including coding, data analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, and Python.
Analyze large datasets with a focus on optimizing query efficiency.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
Oversee the development and implementation of analytics processes, ensuring scalability and performance.
Work with cross-functional teams and senior management to translate the team's needs and insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
Utilize advanced analytics tools and programming languages to drive data insights and business solutions.
Ensure data integrity and quality across all analytics operations.
