The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of Solar Edge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time.

Vendors Billing approval- Control logistics vendor's invoices according to authorized quotations
Approve, reject, and clarify open billing issues
Budget Control- Budget allocation according to finance guidelines
Finance - manage a coordinated process of invoices and accruals registration
Price list- Responsible for maintaining an accurate price list according to logistics vendors' quotations
TMS system Administrator (Enfopack)- Ensure Enfopack appropriately manages all shipping information
BI: Maintain BI matrix data to ensure precise freight cost forecast at any point in time

Requirements:

Graduated or 4-year student who is available for full time position
Excel -high skill level. Familiar with functions, database analysis
Fluent English

individual skilled at focusing on tactical tasks, even those that feel endlessly repetitive.
