Job Summary
AllCloud is looking for a Salesforce Consulting Team Leader. As Salesforce Team Leader at AllCloud, You will lead a team of Salesforce Consultants, collaboratively with others to create custom, scalable processes for our customers. You will lead technical requirements gathering sessions and produce technical requirements and design documents. You will be managing the technical delivery of integrations, security, single-sign-on and application customization.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce Consultants. Mentoring and coaching team members on both technical capabilities and soft skills.
Serving as a bridge between the team and project management/stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and managing expectations smoothly.
Find creative solutions to complex technical and integration challenges.
Introduce new methodologies, technologies and tools of the technical Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing the project delivery of CRM implementations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce automation tools, particularly Flow Builder, alongside a strong grasp of the platform's security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of solutions
B.S. in Computer Science, Information System or Industrial engineering - preferred
Salesforce Admin Certified - preferred
