Technical Assistant for Senior Vice President

Mobileye is seeking a Technical Assistant to support the SVP of our Mapping group.
As the SVP’s trusted partner, you will manage the department's roadmap planning and execution, drive technical infrastructure improvements, implement organizational and process changes, and help achieve the department’s strategic objectives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the Mapping group, the cornerstone of Mobileye's game-changing product. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, contributing to the development of cutting-edge Autonomous Driving technologies.

What will your job look like?
Collaborate closely with the SVP of the Mapping group and department leaders on a daily basis.
Lead the implementation and execution of organizational and process changes to align with the department's vision.
Monitor progress and support the successful execution of the department’s strategic goals.
Partner with group managers to track and oversee project progress.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.

Exceptional analytical and technical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and perform under high task and deadline pressure.
BSc/MSc in Computer Science / MBA or similar fields from leading institutions
3-5 years of experience in project or product management, with knowledge of product engineering and lifecycle management (an advantage).
Exceptional organizational skills, written and oral communication skills (both in Hebrew and English), and ability to synthesize complex information into clear messages.
