We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our growing People team and help us find exceptional talent for our Engineering and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities:

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Build and manage a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline of technical talent for Engineering roles
Use a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.) to proactively identify and engage candidates
Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our tone, values, and unique story
Stay on top of market trends, sourcing innovations, and competitor activity
Be a true ambassador of our employer brand and candidate experience

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Proven success sourcing technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, etc.)
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (we use Comeet)
Strong written communication skills and creativity in outreach
A proactive, resourceful, and curious approach to problem-solving
Team player mindset with high attention to detail and follow-through
