*About the Role*
We are looking for *Spanish-speaking *Customer Services & Safety Agent for a *challenging and meaningful role at the company's control and command center* in Tel Aviv or Spain. In this role, you will be required to supervise, coordinate, and assist our users who use the platform (app).
This position requires a deep understanding of the platform and the variety of services that will be provided to you during a unique two-week paid training period. The job is a *24/7 shift-based (including nights and weekends)* and is suitable for full-time/part-time employment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Monitor and assist users via the security platform (app). Responses can be provided via video, phone, chat, or email.
* Respond to various security situations and coordinate appropriate responses
* Provide a meaningful user experience and ensure the safety of the company’s clients by listening to their needs in any situation they are in.
* Exercise judgment and professionalism in responding to inquiries and choosing the best solution.
* Record, process, and report information both verbally and in writing in real time and/or after the completion of the service.
* Work in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends
*This role may be hybrid with the potential for remote work*. If/when working from home, you will need the following:
A. Wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps.
B. Well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area where you can work without interruptions or distractions.
C. Workspace large enough to accommodate one monitor and a laptop.
*Requirements:*
* *Fluent in Hebrew, Spanish and English (written and spoken)*
* Representative and above all, a passion to help others
* Experience in customer service, security, or another role requiring interaction with customers
* High computer skills
* Effective communication, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly.
* High energy, high attention to details, process oriented, and professional.
* The ability to pick up on auditory cues with varying rates of volume intensity.
* The ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
* The ability to accurately read and quickly respond to computer-generated data and readouts with variations in color and refresh rate.
